Cultural diversity is one of the greatest riches that form part of daily life at Colegio Internacional de Valladolid. With students and families from 32 different nationalities, our school experiences each day as an opportunity to learn, share, and grow in a truly international environment.
For this reason, we celebrated a new edition of our Cultural Fest with great enthusiasm. This event perfectly reflects the values of openness, respect, and a global mindset that are integral to our international educational programme.
Travelling the World with the Five Senses
During the day, the school was transformed into an authentic world map, thanks to the participation of families, students, and teachers. Each visitor received a special passport to complete as they toured the various cultural stands, collecting a stamp at each stop and discovering new traditions through their five senses.

Attendees were able to enjoy:
- Traditional gastronomy and food.
- Traditional and contemporary music.
- Regional costumes.
- Handicrafts and representative cultural items.
- Fun facts, mythology, and historical figures.
- Interactive games and activities.
- Traditions and customs from different corners of the planet.
It was an immersive experience that allowed the entire educational community to travel the world without leaving the school grounds.

The Culture Fair perfectly represents the educational philosophy of Colegio Internacional de Valladolid. Our goal is not only to shape academically excellent students, but also citizens of the world who are prepared to thrive in international and multicultural environments.
Thanks to our international approach, English language immersion, and daily interaction between students of different nationalities, our pupils develop an open and global vision from an early age.
Thank You for Making It Possible
The event was a resounding success thanks to the involvement of the families, the enthusiasm of the students, and the hard work of the entire educational team.
Seeing children and adults exploring each stand together, stamping their passports, and discovering new cultures confirmed, once again, that diversity is one of our community’s greatest strengths.
Ver cómo niños y adultos recorrían juntos cada stand, sellaban sus pasaportes y descubrían nuevas culturas confirmó, una vez más, que la diversidad es una de las mayores fortalezas de nuestra comunidad.
Many thanks to all the participating families for sharing a piece of their history, traditions, and roots with the rest of the school.
We are already looking forward to setting off on our next journey around the globe at our next Culture Fair!
