We have the privilege of exclusive use of the Hotel Lasa Sport facilities, equipped with sports courts, summer pools, terraces, green areas, children’s equipment, a children’s recreation room, multipurpose rooms, a cafeteria/terrace, and more.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose individual days or half days?

No, the price per student is for a minimum of one week.

When is my child reserved?

Once we receive full payment for the weeks for which your child has registered.
In strict order of registration if there are limited places.

Is the registration deposit refundable?

Only in any of these cases:
– the minimum number of registered students is not reached
– their registration arrives when the quota of available places has already been filled

What is the last day to register my child?

Tuesday, June 17.

When will you confirm if there is a minimum number of registered students for the weeks I have requested?

June 2.

Do everyone do the same activities regardless of their age?

Yes, but the activities are adapted to the different age groups in the same group.

What time can I drop my child off?

Any time between 8:00 and 8:55. After 8:55, drop-off must coincide with activity changes to avoid disrupting group dynamics.

What time can I pick up my child?

Any time between 1:55 and 4:00 PM.

Can I pick up my child before 4:00 PM to go on a trip or for another reason?

Yes, if you give us one day’s notice.

Who can pick up my child?

Any immediate family member you authorize (parent, aunt/uncle, grandparent, sibling). Identification will be requested beforehand. Only authorized individuals may pick up children.

Is there parking on the premises where I can drop off my child?

Yes, we have a parking lot that will be open all day.

Do you have a bus service to take my child to summer school?

We do not offer this service.

Is it necessary for my child to bring any school supplies?

No, all supplies are included, although they must bring: a backpack, water bottle, hat, swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen.

What clothing is recommended?

Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

What does the menu include?

It is a menu with healthy food that includes a main dish with a side dish and dessert.

Are there special menus?

Yes, menus are prepared for any special dietary needs indicated upon check-in.
